Speed/Conditioning Camp, is specialized performance/fitness training that focuses on developing the proper technique for the athlete to access maximum speed, strength and explosive power, to “play fast.”

Speed/Conditioning Camp is held on Saturday mornings from 8:30AM to 10AM. Sessions are conducted at parks, tracks and beaches and integrate challenging terrain drills, including hills, flat surfaces and sand dunes.

During Speed/Conditioning Camp, young athletes in all sports are challenged to achieve higher levels of performance and increased speed.

Training includes speed agility drills, basic sprints, up hill sprints and ladder agility drills and results in:

  •  Increased confidence

  • Eliminated wasted motion

  • Increased vertical

  • Optimal arm and leg mechanics for speed

  • Faster sprinting
