Speed/Conditioning Camp, is specialized performance/fitness training that focuses on developing the proper technique for the athlete to access maximum speed, strength and explosive power, to “play fast.”
Speed/Conditioning Camp is held on Saturday mornings from 8:30AM to 10AM. Sessions are conducted at parks, tracks and beaches and integrate challenging terrain drills, including hills, flat surfaces and sand dunes.
During Speed/Conditioning Camp, young athletes in all sports are challenged to achieve higher levels of performance and increased speed.
Training includes speed agility drills, basic sprints, up hill sprints and ladder agility drills and results in:

Erich is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Fitness Association (IFA). With over 18 years focused on the business of wellness, Erich knows what it takes to motivate, inspire and guide individuals on the path to Ultimate Health.
Erich is also the President and Founder of Collegiate Search Youth Organization, which offers tutorial support and academic assistance to students in the successful matriculation from elementary through college graduation. Erich has inspired athletes, coaches, students, families and individuals at health conferences, schools, nonprofit organizations, and private businesses.

Circuit Training Saturdays, is a specialized adult group fitness program that consists of men and women (of all ages and fitness levels).
Held every Saturday morning from 6:45 am till 8:00 am, individuals are challenged in group trainings that are adapted to meet various fitness needs. The challenging workouts include cardio vascular, strength, core and performance work. Individuals reach their next level of fitness in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Circuit Training may consists of various stations, concentrating on cardio, weight training, resistance bands, yoga, Pilates, abdominal work, isometrics and hill training.
Training is focused on encouraging maximum effort and overall conditioning and includes a varying cycle of some combination:
